In these Terms, references to “Golf Draw Radar”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean FRF Ventures Limited.
2. What Golf Draw Radar does
Golf Draw Radar is a comparison and discovery service for golf prize draws and competitions.
We bring information about competitions offered by third-party prize-draw operators together in one place so that users can discover prizes, compare draws and review factual information about them.
Golf Draw Radar does not operate the competitions displayed on the site.
We do not:
- sell competition entries or tickets;
- take payments for competition entries;
- conduct prize draws;
- select winners;
- award or fulfil prizes; or
- control how third-party prize-draw operators run their competitions.
If you choose to enter a competition, you will do so directly with the relevant operator and will be subject to that operator's own terms and conditions.
3. Competition information
Golf Draw Radar presents information about competitions offered by third-party operators.
Depending on the information available, this may include details such as:
- competition title and prize;
- entry price;
- maximum ticket or entry allocation;
- tickets or entries sold;

Prize-draw information can change quickly.

Golf Draw Radar may display Radar signals to help users identify factual characteristics of individual competitions.

- Low participation.
Radar signals are generated from competition information and changes observed by Golf Draw Radar.
They are provided as discovery and comparison tools only.
Radar signals are not recommendations, ratings, predictions or advice about whether you should enter a competition.
The presence or absence of a Radar signal should not be interpreted as an assessment of an operator, the quality of a competition, the likelihood of winning or the value of entering.
5. No rankings or recommendations
Golf Draw Radar is designed to help users make their own comparisons.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not endorse, recommend or rank a competition simply because it appears on Golf Draw Radar.
Users should consider the information available and make their own decision about whether a competition is suitable for them.
6. Third-party operators
Competitions displayed on Golf Draw Radar are operated by third parties.
Each operator is responsible for its own:
- website;
- competition terms;
- eligibility requirements;
- entry process;
- payments;
- free-entry routes where applicable;
- draw procedures;
- winner selection;
- prize descriptions;
- prize delivery or fulfilment;
- refunds;
- customer service; and
- compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Golf Draw Radar is not a party to the agreement between you and a prize-draw operator when you enter a competition.
Questions or complaints relating to an entry, payment, draw result, winner, refund or prize should therefore be directed to the relevant operator.
7. Eligibility
Prize-draw operators may apply age, residency or other eligibility requirements to their competitions.
You are responsible for checking the relevant operator's competition terms and eligibility requirements before entering.
Golf Draw Radar does not determine whether you are eligible to enter a competition.

These links are provided so that users can access competition and operator websites and other relevant information.
We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their availability, security, content or practices.
You should review the terms, privacy information and competition rules provided by the relevant third party before using its services or entering a competition.

We aim to provide a useful view of the golf prize-draw market, but Golf Draw Radar does not necessarily cover every operator or every available competition.
The operators and competitions we track may change over time.

We do not guarantee that Golf Draw Radar, or any particular feature or item of information, will always be available without interruption.
10. Your use of Golf Draw Radar
